We provide general home or business maintenance needs: honey-do lists, drywall patches and repair, appliance installation, furniture assembly, TV mounts, ceiling fans, roof patching, laminate flooring, window and door servicing, weather stripping, concrete + spalling repair, carpentry, framing, fences and gates, trim and baseboard, minor electrical, sprinkler servicing, and demolition.

Owner and operator, Stephen, is a Cal Poly graduate with 16 years of construction trade experience and has been operating independently for over 5 years. He has provided building and maintenance services to countless homes and businesses on the Central Coast while also serving some of the largest property-management and vacation-rental companies in the area.

Stephen put grab bars and a handheld shower for my mother in her walk in shower. He also put in a mobility/transfer pole in her garage next to the washer and dryer. Now I have someone that I can truly rely on for my elderly mother if she needs any jobs done as I live out of state. Professional, and kind to my mom.
